Job Summary: Klabin is seeking Apprentices to develop skills and support operational needs at its facility, experiencing corporate daily life and participating in specialized training courses. Participate in a specialized training course offered by a partner company Klabin is looking for new talents to join as Apprentices at its Otacílio Costa/SC facility, aiming to develop skills to support operational needs at the site. **Start of the apprenticeship program:** Beginning of 2026\. * Support activities across different Klabin departments; * Experience corporate daily life with hands-on learning; * Participate in a specialized training course offered by a partner company. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Be aged between 18 (must be completed by January 2026\) and 22 years old; * For male candidates, military discharge documentation must already be in hand; * Completed high school or expected graduation by December 2025; * Reside in Otacílio Costa/SC; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Availability to work on-site during business hours.
