This success has only been possible thanks to continuous investments in modern equipment, cutting-edge technology, and employee training—making Trombini a benchmark for competence and competitiveness in the market. **Responsibilities and Duties** Job Responsibilities Description: Operate paper machines according to production requirements; Control, monitor, and adjust process conditions; Supervise and guide the production team regarding production processes; Provide corrective technical assistance to customers; Interpret and record information related to production processes; Request maintenance services and oversee related work; Evaluate and approve finished products; Monitor raw material quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Minimum qualification: Completed high school education; Availability to work rotating shifts and schedules; A technical course in pulp and paper is considered an advantage. **Additional Information** Shifts: 1st shift — 6:40 AM to 3:10 PM, 6 days on / 2 days off Benefits: Transportation allowance or internal parking; Health insurance plan; Dental insurance plan; On-site cafeteria; Meal voucher: BRL 550.00; Pharmacy card; Profit-Sharing Program.
