Job Summary: Supervise logistics teams and operations to ensure safety, productivity, and achievement of shipping and receiving targets. Key Highlights: 1. People and team management 2. Focus on safety and productivity Description: * Reside in Campos Novos\-SC * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced); * Knowledge of shipping and warehousing procedures; * Experience in people management; * Familiarity with Integrated Systems is considered a plus (e.g., SAP); * Ensure personnel and area safety by guiding team members, third-party workers, and drivers to comply with safety regulations. Monitor daily activities, observing and recording behavioral deviations and structural gaps. Conduct routine safety dialogues, ORTS, RI, etc.; * Oversee loading activities (palletizing) to ensure productivity and achievement of service time targets, as well as NPS through correct and damage-free loading of products and pallets. Define action plans to correct process failures; * Supervise team performance (direct employees and third-party workers) to achieve daily shipping and receiving targets. Work closely with the team, providing continuous feedback for team development and performance evaluation against departmental goals; * Supervise and monitor product and pallet inventory levels to ensure daily loading targets are met; * Collaborate with the team to define daily loading targets to align delivery of minimum volumes.
