**Responsibilities and duties**
As a **Toll Operator**, you will be responsible for:
Manually collecting toll fees according to vehicle categories, by identifying, classifying, and serving users to collect the applicable toll fee;
Assisting users traveling through automatic lanes in restricted passage situations, by verifying cases of electronic device reading failure for compliant vehicles, vehicles with blocked electronic devices, and vehicles without electronic devices — maintaining radio communication with the toll plaza control center.
Providing vehicle signaling on manual and automatic lanes, by signaling lane openings and closures as needed.
**Requirements and qualifications** **It is important that you have:**
Completed high school education;
Availability for rotating shifts and a 12x36 work schedule;
Residence in Santa Cecília/SC.
