Support employees by directing demands as needed; Develop training materials. Conduct training sessions to disseminate established practices within the company; Analyze performance indicators in people management; Work on the implementation of programs, tools, and development management, such as feedback and performance evaluations. Participate in company initiatives, assisting with behavioral topics. Collaborate with other HR areas in improving processes; Participate in programs established by the company; Support the Communications team in the unit where you operate. Perform other related and inherent duties of the position. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed. Course: Psychology. Experience in the field. Industrial experience. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of computerized HR systems, preferably Senior system. Differentiator: experience with implementing performance evaluation and feedback programs.
