Job Summary: Supervise, plan, and manage industrial maintenance to ensure optimal machine operation and guide the team. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance management 2. Experience in assembly lines / mass production ### **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation or Technology; * Willingness to relocate to the region. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and plan preventive and corrective maintenance; * Supervise the entire industrial maintenance team, supporting and guiding them in performing tasks during scheduled shutdowns or while machines are operating, to ensure optimal performance; * Responsible for maintenance in the Battery Formation / Automotive Assembly / AGM Assembly departments. ### **Required Knowledge** * Experience in planning industrial maintenance activities / improvements; * Solid experience in managing Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical Maintenance and Automation activities; * Minimum 5 years of experience managing a multidisciplinary maintenance team; * Experience in assembly lines / mass production; * Experience in machine and equipment failure analysis methodologies; * Experience in Lean / TPM / 5S methodologies. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in microcomputer applications; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Specialization in the field.
