Job Summary: An E-commerce Assistant professional to support customers, promote e-commerce, monitor orders, and identify improvements in the customer journey. Key Highlights: 1. Support customers in using the website for quotations and order completion 2. Proactively contact customers to promote and encourage e-commerce usage 3. Act as a bridge between customers and the company in the digital environment The company is seeking an E\-commerce Assistant in Rio do Sul. Conectar SL is a company specialized in connectivity and information technology solutions. We offer services ranging from network implementation to IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Support customers in using the website for quotations and order completion. Proactively contact the customer base to promote and encourage e\-commerce usage. Monitor orders placed via the platform. Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey. Act as a bridge between customers and the company in the digital environment. Previous experience as an E\-commerce Analyst, E\-commerce Coordinator, Online Sales Assistant, or E-commerce Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. High school diploma required.
