




Job Summary: An optical sales professional responsible for serving customers, managing sales, registering customers, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of optical products. Key Highlights: 1. Optical product sales (eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses) 2. Customer service following standardized sales protocols 3. Individual sales management and performance target tracking Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses); Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; monitor daily individual sales to ensure achievement of monthly targets; Track complete eyewear (O.C.) sales, ensuring report completion and achievement of biweekly and monthly targets via KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements to ensure technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer and system); Monitor service orders with the laboratory to guarantee on-time delivery as promised to the customer; Inspect laboratory-delivered service orders against original orders (quality and condition verification) and deliver them during the 'magic moment'; Generate and receive mail pouches; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Product Discounts
