




Job Opening: Technical Support Analyst Responsibilities * Provide remote and on-site (counter) technical support to internal and external users. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on workstations and peripherals. * Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems and corporate applications. * Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the service management system. * Support continuous improvement projects for IT infrastructure. Requirements * Minimum of **2 years** experience in IT technical support. * Advanced knowledge of the **Windows Operating System** (installation, configuration, troubleshooting). * Experience with remote support (via remote access tools) and on-site support (counter). * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users of varying technical proficiency. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. Preferred Qualifications * Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Experience with incident management tools (Help Desk/Service Desk). * Microsoft or equivalent certifications.
