Today, the team is structured across three complementary areas: * **Ongoing** – responsible for ongoing management of the customer base, platform usage evolution, and value expansion with customers (where this position is located). * **CRM** – focused on data intelligence, segmentation, workflows, and supporting CS decision-making. * **Customer Marketing** – dedicated to strategic communication, campaigns, education, and strengthening relationships with the customer base. CS activities require **deep knowledge of the dental market and clinical practice management**, connecting Clinicorp’s multiple products to customers’ real-world contexts in a consultative, data-driven way. The focus is to demonstrate—practically—the platform’s impact on clinic outcomes, reinforcing long-term relationships and supporting business growth. Within a context of operational growth and maturation, the team—and especially this position—plays a key role in consolidating this strategy, working collaboratively with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Technology. ### **About the Position** As a **Mid-Level Customer Success Analyst**, you will hold a **strategic and technical reference role** within the team. This position is intended for professionals with solid Customer Success experience, capable of handling **complex scenarios**, influencing decisions, and supporting team development. You will lead the construction of high-level client relationships, acting in a consultative, analytical, and results-oriented manner. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drive revenue expansion within Clinicorp’s customer base, ensuring continuous value delivery to clients and revenue generation for Clinicorp. * Lead strategic meetings, periodic check-ins, and online training sessions—proactively engaging clients and aligning Clinicorp’s solutions with clinics’ business objectives. * Support integration and evolution of clients’ practice management processes within the platform, promoting operational efficiency and greater maturity in using contracted solutions. * Manage inquiries, objections, and critical situations with empathy, clarity, and agility—turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow accounts. * Participate in online and in-person events, representing Clinicorp with messaging aligned to its value proposition and customer base growth strategy. * Execute and contribute to continuous improvement of communication, support, and account management workflows—pursuing efficiency, scalability, and revenue impact. * Collaborate closely with CRM and Customer Marketing squads, ensuring alignment in executing expansion strategies and delivering customer value. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Communications, Management, Dentistry, or related fields. * Solid hands-on experience in **Customer Success or Customer Experience**, with mastery of CS methodologies. * Experience managing and building relationships with **dental clinics** will be considered a significant advantage. ### **Expected Skills** * Strategic vision and ability to influence operational-level change. * High adaptability and resilience to operate effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments. * Strong capability to solve complex problems and perform critical analysis. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade. * Advanced data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into practical actions. * Relationship-building, collaboration, and teamwork abilities. * Organization, time management, and systemic thinking. * Collaborative mindset, with capacity to serve as a technical reference and support team development. **Additional Information** And what benefits will I receive as a Clinicorper under CLT employment?
