Focus on automation and continuous quality improvement **Mission:** Ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of delivered solutions by acting strategically and preventively through test automation, definition of quality strategies, and continuous integration with technical teams—reducing production risks and promoting continuous improvement of QA processes. We seek a Senior QA professional to work with one of our largest clients in the financial sector, in a dynamic, challenging environment with a high level of technical complexity. **Required Knowledge/Requirements:** * Solid experience with Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools * Test automation using JavaScript / TypeScript * Creation, evolution, and maintenance of automated test suites * Integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines * Web test automation * Mobile test automation * Tools and approaches for validating hybrid or native applications * Experience defining and executing test strategies (functional, regression, smoke) * REST API testing * Experience with Agile methodologies * Use of tools such as Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines **Desirable (but not mandatory) Differentiators:** * Prior experience in financial institutions * Knowledge of performance and/or security testing * Acting as a technical reference in QA * Experience in mentoring or providing technical support to other QAs **Responsibilities:** * Expand and consolidate test automation * Focus on continuous improvement of delivery quality * Proactively identify risks * Help reduce rework and production failures * Support mobile testing strategy (functional, regression, smoke) * Focus on quality and process * Define test strategies * Create test scenarios and test cases * Monitor and analyze quality and defect metrics * API testing (REST, contracts) * Collaborate closely with development and product teams * Experience with Agile methodologies * Experience with tools such as Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. **What You’ll Find Here:** * 100% remote work (anywhere office). * Performance evaluation, individual development plan, “Investing in You” Program. * Health and wellness program, health and dental insurance. * Gamified challenges and a store where you can purchase products using your points. * Birthday Day Off. * Equipment/Home Office allowance. * Flexible allowance for daily expenses. * Referral Rewards Program. * Life Insurance.
