Collaborate with various team members to solve challenges FCamara is looking for a Senior RPA Python Developer to partner with a multiple bank serving the Corporate segment with a solid client base and offering financial products. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement improvements; * Participate as part of an agile team; * Develop, deploy, and operate applications in a DevOps culture; * Ensure validation of data provided by users; * Create reusable code and libraries for future use; * Collaborate with other team members—including Engineers, Product Owners (PO), QA specialists, Designers, Scrum Masters, and Tech Leaders—to resolve existing challenges. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Automation profile; * Python development experience; * Knowledge of structured and unstructured data extraction; * Data extraction from screens, databases, APIs, and PDF files; * Data extraction from Excel and CSV files; * Experience interacting with desktop systems (PowerBuilder, Delphi, VB6); * Experience interacting with web browsers (Selenium library); * Generate and manage detailed execution logs (success/failure, timestamps, steps, etc.); * Handle known and unknown exceptions: capture failures, log them, and resume workflows; * Familiarity with version control and deployment (GIT, Azure DevOps, CI/CD for RPA); * Adherence to modularization standards (separation of functionalities); * SQL knowledge. **Soft Skills:** * Logical reasoning and analytical ability; * Strong communication skills; * Team spirit and conflict resolution capability; * Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of diverse profiles; * Ability to work in agile and multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and proactivity to envision various application usage scenarios; * Organization. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side-by-side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
