Lead, guide, and develop the team. Ensure inventory and fleet organization, accuracy, and integrity. Manage material warehousing, distribution, and logistics. Implement and monitor inventory processes, standards, and policies. Monitor departmental reports, KPIs, and budget. Serve as the interface with internal departments, customers, and other units.
