A respectful and inclusive work environment. **Learn about this opportunity** **We support diversity and inclusion; therefore, all our positions are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PWD).** If you are organized, make decisions openly and transparently, appreciate and foster a respectful work environment, work multidisciplinarily, collaboratively, pragmatically, and with a focus on results, and assume responsibility for delivery, learn more about our **Crane Operator** position. **Important job details:** * Work location: Brumado \- BA * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:08 PM * Work modality: On-site * Contract type: Permanent **Responsibilities:** * + Drive trucks equipped with crane devices to lift parts, components, and equipment, supporting maintenance and construction activities, meeting departmental demands while complying with internal procedures and applicable safety regulations; + Inspect the vehicle before operation, checking instrument panels, wheels, leaks, looseness, or other irregularities, and report findings to the immediate supervisor to prevent accidents; + Direct the vehicle to the maintenance area when issues arise, to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and make it available for weekly lubrication and tire calibration, ensuring optimal operational performance; + Operate the crane to relocate items from one location for transport by another machine, preparing the worksite and verifying that it is clear and safe for crane operation; + Control and inspect lifting components (slings, cables), assess replacement needs when required, dispose of damaged items properly, isolate the area where crane operations will be conducted, verify load compatibility with equipment capacity, and comply with current safety regulations; + Plan and execute assigned tasks with occasional support from more technically skilled professionals or the immediate manager, demonstrating proficiency in most operations, processes, or equipment within the functional area with a good productivity level, while still relying on colleagues’ assistance to resolve complex problems; + Support less experienced professionals in performing complex tasks, sharing knowledge and contributing to their development; + Assist senior professionals in processes inherent to the functional area, leveraging their experience for self-development. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * + Education: Completed high school; + Driver’s License Category D; + Crane Operator Certification. **Preferred Qualifications** * + Experience with the 5S methodology.
