Respectful work environment **Learn about this opportunity** **We support diversity and inclusion; therefore, all our positions are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** If you focus on customers and innovation; make decisions openly and transparently; appreciate and foster a respectful work environment; work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented manner while taking ownership of deliverables, learn more about our **Production Assistant** position. **Important job details:** * Work location: Brumado – BA * Working hours: Rotating shifts (07:00–15:20 \| 15:00–23:20 \| 23:00–07:20\) * Work modality: On-site * Contract type: Permanent **Responsibilities:** * Perform bagging and magnesium oxide production, including labeling and sealing finished products according to the production plan; * Support transportation of produced materials by coordinating with forklift operators and organizing products at designated locations; * Conduct sampling per procedure and forward samples to the laboratory for quality control; * Organize and protect materials during the production process and in transfer areas; * Open and close production batches per production orders; * Perform cleaning and organization of the production area as instructed; * Assist in area maintenance activities such as cleaning and material handling; * Support the immediate supervisor in area routines; * Execute departmental procedures and work plans, monitoring necessary actions to achieve targets. **Required knowledge and skills:** * Education: Completed high school; Salary and benefits align with market trends for companies of our size and sector, including health insurance, performance bonus, and meal card.
