Ensure proper system operation and quality standards **Job Description:** Junior Maintenance Assistant Manut Energias is an established solar energy company in Belo Horizonte, providing installation and maintenance services for water heating systems. The daily activities of our maintenance technicians include: Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water heating systems; inspect and maintain hydraulic networks and thermal insulation; assist in carrying out tasks, organizing tools, cleaning equipment, and providing general support to the technical team—ensuring proper system operation and compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidates must be willing to perform fieldwork, capable of following instructions, responsible, punctual, committed, and professionally oriented when interacting with clients and internal teams. Prior experience in maintenance, hydraulics, civil construction, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and grow in the role is highly valued. Company Headquarters: Floresta Neighborhood – Belo Horizonte REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma Availability for fieldwork and travel. Driver’s License Categories A and B (preferred) Attention to detail, work organization, time management skills, and communication ability. Advantages: Experience with manual and electric tools. Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems or building maintenance. JOB DETAILS: Salary: R$ 1.949,81 Benefits: - Meal allowance: R$ 24.00/day (approx.
