An Information Technology Services company is seeking an Information Security Analyst professional in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Perform vulnerability scans and analysis using tools such as Qualys, Nessus, or OpenVAS. Carry out end-to-end vulnerability management, including definition, approval, application, and automation of patches/hotfixes. Conduct on-site security assessments in environments such as stores, point-of-sale (POS) systems, servers, and Wi-Fi networks. Perform system and infrastructure hardening and compliance scanning. Conduct operational security monitoring, analyzing alerts, managing tickets, and documenting incidents. Provide internal user support on cybersecurity topics and awareness. Open and follow up on technical support tickets with security vendors.
