**Hospital is hiring for:** Quality Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Guide leadership regarding deadlines to ensure timely execution of procedures and resolution of non-conformities;
- Execute tasks within the quality management system, including uploading documents, manuals, and work instructions;
- Map and standardize work processes using quality tools as well as client-supplier chain agreements;
- Monitor, within the quality management system, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, document expiration dates, acceptance verification, and document approval;
- Consolidate and report non-conformities, generate reports, and forward them to relevant departments;
- Conduct internal and external audits;
- Distribute and complete audit-related documents, forms, and checklists.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Production Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields;
- Hospital experience in this role;
- Experience in negotiation and people management;
- Proficiency in logistics processes and inventory management;
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies;
- Familiarity with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and Compliance;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MV system;
- Basic knowledge of PDCA, 5S, and Ishikawa;
- Basic knowledge of billing and finance (costs, invoices, financial matters).
Desirable Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Quality, or Administration;
- Hospital-specific expertise;
- Knowledge of supply chain and pharmaceutical assistance;
- Basic knowledge of patient safety;
- Understanding of intra-hospital processes.
Salary: R$6.611,21
