




Job Summary: A T&D professional to work in IT consulting, responsible for identifying training needs, designing programs, managing KPIs, and delivering training. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Identify internal training needs in collaboration with business units; Design, implement, and monitor T\&D programs; Manage and track training KPIs; Work with LMS platforms to ensure content organization and timely updates; Deliver behavioral and technical training as required; Support organizational development initiatives. Differentiators: Experience in Corporate University projects. Experience in performance evaluation, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and leadership development programs. Experience in instructional design and creation of original content (e\-learning, videos, scripts, presentations). Ability to facilitate workshops, interactive sessions, and in-person/online training. Proficiency in employee engagement and gamification tools. Experience with Power BI or T\&D KPI analysis tools. Experience in cultural transformation initiatives or structured onboarding programs. Intermediate or advanced English to support global training or corporate materials. Consultative approach when working with managers, focusing on gap diagnosis and solution delivery.
