Job Summary: Responsible for general maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, and technical-operational support across various areas, including building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance. Building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, carpentry) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform general maintenance and minor repair services; * Assist with cleaning, preservation, and organization, while providing technical and operational support for routine tasks in these environments; * Carry out general building maintenance activities; * Conduct tests to identify and locate faults in installations; * Prepare infrastructure for machinery and equipment; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, sanitary, mechanical, painting, carpentry, joinery, metalworking, masonry, and refrigeration systems; * Perform mechanical work on various types of machinery and equipment; * Disassemble, repair, and adjust various types of tools according to instructions, drawings, or sketches; * Perform general electrical work; * Maintain machinery, tools, and equipment in good condition; * Fabricate, assemble, and maintain wooden furniture and installations; * Operate industrial machinery and specialized tools; * Adhere to project technical standards; * Assist with cleaning, preservation, and organization; * Provide technical and operational support. - Professional experience in this role or similar positions is required.
