We are seeking a Performance Engineering Coordinator to work in the Mining sector, responsible for managing the field engineering and reliability team, ensuring operational efficiency, asset reliability, and achievement of contractual results. This professional will play a strategic role in KPI management, development and monitoring of action plans, continuous improvement, and technical support to operations, in addition to direct interface with clients and team leadership. They will also be responsible for the team’s technical development, leading training programs, operational and maintenance training, reinforcing a high-performance culture.
