We are the creators of the "Fun Flex" concept, which combines fun learning with flexible scheduling, making tennis accessible and more appealing to everyone. Our vision is bold: by 2028, we will be the world’s largest tennis academy network, with over 300 units across Brazil and Latin America. **Position: Implementation Analyst** **Location:** Belo Horizonte **Unit:** Headquarters – Belvedere – BH **Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Model:** On-site **Main Responsibilities** * Accompany the franchisee throughout all implementation stages until unit inauguration. * Serve as the primary point of contact between the franchisee and the company’s internal departments. * Ensure progress through implementation stages, supporting processes such as documentation, infrastructure, timelines, and opening checklists. * Guide franchisees on the network’s standards, processes, and guidelines. * Monitor deadlines, align requirements, and support resolution of pending items during implementation. * Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to optimizing internal processes. **What We’re Looking For** * Organization, strong communication skills, and results orientation. * Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. * Proactive, analytical profile with a strong sense of priority. * Ease of relationship-building and communication with diverse individuals. * Commitment, autonomy, and ability to work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in franchise implementation, project management, or operations. * Experience working within franchise networks or rapidly expanding companies. * Knowledge of timeline tracking and operational processes. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance via Caju Card: Complete freedom to use as you wish!
