With an **antifragile** mindset, capable of benefiting from the various challenges inherent in our work. **Join the \#TimeNefroClinicas team** **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday – 44 hours per week **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** On-site Responsibilities: * Support the onboarding process of new employees, providing assistance to ensure their proper adaptation. * Present reports and recommendations to managers regarding the most qualified candidates for each position. * Conduct exit interviews. * Promote job opportunities across multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, universities, and employment agencies. * Draft job descriptions and requirements for job postings. * Manage recruitment and selection performance indicators. * Interface with unit leaders to align on candidate profiles. * Stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment and selection, continuously improving departmental processes. * Plan and execute HR administration (DP) and HR functions. * Conduct in-person or videoconference interviews to assess candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies. * Request benefits for newly hired employees. * Support the administrator of the Belo Horizonte clinics. **Do you identify with this profile?
