Professional to develop ECU diagnostics, coordinate suppliers, and identify risks in driver assistance systems, using CAN tools and the Six Sigma methodology.

Description:
PROFILE
* Experience with Vector CAN tools (CANalyzer, CANape, and CANoe);
* DFMEA;
* Prior experience in the Driver Assistance field, based on ultrasonic sensors, radar, and camera systems;
* Knowledge of applying the Six Sigma methodology (DFSS);
* Global understanding of the NCAP safety program;
* Global regulations for driving and driver assistance systems;
* Proficiency in computer applications (including spreadsheets, word processing, presentation, and database applications);
* Valid driver's license (Brazilian CNH category B minimum) for driving and vehicle testing;
* Willingness to travel (up to 4 weeks duration, occasionally).

* Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
LANGUAGES
* Advanced/Fluent English
* Native/Fluent Portuguese
* Advanced/Fluent French and/or Italian (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop ECU diagnostics; perform author/review/approval of HW/SW FMEAs & DVPRs; establish process standards; conduct in-plant FMEA calibrations; support launch activities; develop safe launch plans;
* Provide technical feasibility assessments, robust project construction, component manufacturing, and documentation procurement through supplier coordination.
* For quality identification, rapid response assurance, technical cost reduction, etc.);
* Identify risks and maintain detailed risk assessment, mitigation, and management plans with frequent updates to senior leadership;
