We are looking for a Backend Tech Lead to serve as a technical reference, ensure architectural quality, and guide the team in building scalable, high-performance services. Responsibilities * Provide technical leadership to the backend team, supporting architectural decisions and best practices. * Design and evolve distributed systems, APIs, and microservices. * Review code, mentor developers, and promote practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and structured code reviews. * Collaborate closely with product, QA, and frontend teams to define end-to-end solutions. * Ensure security, observability, performance, and stability of services. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives and engineering standards. * Support technical planning, estimations, and technology roadmaps. Requirements: Requirements * Solid backend development experience (Node.js, Java, Go, Python, or similar). * Strong knowledge of system architecture, messaging systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases. * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices. * Strong technical leadership and communication skills. * Prior experience as a Senior or Lead developer.
