**Description:** JOB MISSION The Inbound Marketing/CRM Analyst is responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies based on the Inbound Marketing concept, with the objective of attracting, engaging, and converting leads into customers. This professional plays a crucial role in content creation, sales funnel optimization, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. Ensuring the advancement of OUTMarketing’s business through Inbound Marketing strategies focused on demand generation activities—atttracting, nurturing, and converting the best leads and guiding them through an appropriate relationship and service purchase funnel for our clients. Responsibilities and Duties **Monitoring Client Activities and Projects:** Collaborate with the Customer Success team to monitor client activities and projects, ensuring effective service delivery. **Define, configure, and create lead scoring:** Develop and refine criteria to assign scores to leads based on specific behaviors, interactions with content, and other indicators of interest. Configure and implement necessary systems and tools for effective lead scoring application. Analyze results and adjust the lead scoring methodology as needed to optimize lead qualification. **Monitor Lead Database Import and Segmentation:** Ensure the lead database is up-to-date and segmented according to defined criteria to optimize marketing strategies. **Monitor the Inbound Funnel:** Operate and manage marketing automation tools and other supporting tools to track the Inbound funnel, ensuring process fluidity and efficiency. Perform CRM processes across technical and business areas; Monitor campaign planning and execution, capturing and creating briefings jointly with the project team; Plan CRM workflows and actions to meet client needs; Data analysis to optimize results; Implementation of relationship strategies; Manage and standardize UTMs, ensuring greater effectiveness in tracking campaigns in GA and Marketing Cloud. Monitor CRM operations in Google Analytics to ensure proper tagging and tracking for email operations; Creation of sales funnels and automation of opportunities moved within the CRM; Integration of marketing automation tools and CRM; Lead handoff and feedback between marketing and sales; Editorial Plan and Style Guide Approval with Customer Success (CS): Collaborate with CS in defining and validating the editorial plan and style guide, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines. Creation and Configuration of Email Marketing, Automation Workflows, Landing Pages, Pop-ups, and Forms: Configure and create email marketing materials, automation workflows, landing pages, pop-ups, and forms, contributing to campaign execution. Ensure Quality and Accuracy in Delivery of Design Assets: Supervise delivery of design assets, ensuring alignment with the briefing sent to the creative team for CRM-related actions. Organize and maintain updated files and documents in each client’s SharePoint to ensure information accessibility and integrity. Monitor and Adjust Processes Within Automation Tools: Monitor and adjust processes in marketing automation tools, ensuring operational efficiency. **Participation in Meetings:** Actively contribute to various meetings—including setup meetings, kickoff meetings, biweekly meetings, and department-specific meetings—providing insights and updating on activity progress. **Produce and Present Reports:** Generate performance reports and present them, communicating results achieved in Inbound Marketing campaigns. **Support coordination in delivering area training sessions:** Collaborate with coordination in identifying training needs for the marketing team. Actively participate in creating and updating training materials. Assist in conducting trainings, workshops, and capacity-building sessions for the team, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. **Onboard new team members into activity workflows:** Participate in the onboarding process for new marketing team members, providing support and guidance during the onboarding period. Ensure new members understand the specific processes, tools, and practices of the Inbound Marketing team. Monitor new members’ progress and provide constructive feedback to accelerate adaptation and productivity. Support the sales team in meetings with prospects to present and explain the CRM. Engage with CRM partners to support customer service and drive strategies for clients. Be a Multiplier of OUTMarketing’s Processes and Cultural Values: Act as a multiplier, disseminating OUTMarketing’s processes and cultural values within the team, promoting a cohesive and aligned culture.
