Monitoring Assistant Position Description We are looking for a Monitoring Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing surveillance systems to ensure the safety and integrity of our customers. Responsibilities * Perform building monitoring via electronic systems installed at the operations center; * Gate control and customer service; * System registration/authorization for remote gate access. * Alarm response; * Experience in call centers or monitoring. Proficiency/agility with computer systems. Requirements * High school diploma * Prior experience in security is a plus * Basic computer skills * Good communication skills and ability to make quick decisions * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
