Focus on quality, food safety, and profitability **Purchasing Analyst (Restaurant Industry)** **About the Position** We are looking for a **Purchasing Analyst** to work strategically and operationally in restaurant supply management, ensuring efficient replenishment, cost control, and input quality. This professional will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers, monitoring KPIs, and directly contributing to operational profitability and organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Procure food ingredients, beverages, and operational materials * Negotiate with suppliers (price, delivery terms, quality, and commercial conditions) * Develop and qualify new suppliers * Monitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory levels * Control costs and identify opportunities for expense reduction * Collaborate closely with kitchen, warehouse, and finance teams * Analyze product turnover to prevent stockouts or waste * Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards **Requirements** * Prior experience in procurement * Knowledge of supplier negotiation * Process organization and control skills * Analytical ability and cost focus * Intermediate (or higher) Excel proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the **restaurant, retail, or grocery** sectors * Hands-on experience purchasing perishable food items * Knowledge of inventory control and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) * Experience in structuring a procurement department Compensation: starting from R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
