Main Responsibilities * Provide technical and functional support to users of CHB Systems. * Handle service tickets by identifying, analyzing, and resolving system-related incidents. * Clarify doubts and guide users on the correct use of platform features. * Monitor and track support requests, ensuring adherence to response timeframes. * Record, document, and track incidents to ensure traceability of requests. * Conduct basic training sessions for users to promote proper system usage. * Collaborate with the technical team to investigate and resolve more complex issues. * Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and user experience. Requirements * Experience providing technical and functional support to users of CHB Systems. * Knowledge of opening, tracking, and resolving service tickets. * Practical experience in diagnosing and resolving system-related issues. * Strong communication skills and ability to serve internal customers. * Familiarity with incident documentation and request tracking.
