Theoretical and practical training Requirements: * Preferably aged between 15 and 17 (not yet completed) * Preferably have completed or be currently pursuing high school, either in the morning or evening shift * Availability to work 4 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM) at the branch, and 1 day per week (Monday) for theoretical activities at SENAC institution from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, without attending the branch on that day.
