JOB CHALLENGE Monitor construction progress with emphasis on physical and financial performance metrics; conduct measurements, activity verification, material control, ensure compliance with safety regulations, provide and require teams’ use of personal and collective protective equipment, and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) to safeguard final product quality. This role collaborates closely with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered within established quality, timeline, and budget parameters. Responsibilities include administrative support, operational task monitoring, and continuous optimization of construction processes — playing a vital role in the department. ? TO BUILD WITH US, YOU SHOULD HAVE... * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Civil Engineering \| Minimum 4th year completed; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Willingness to work onsite in Santa Bárbara D'Oeste/SP. ? IT WOULD BE EVEN MORE INCREDIBLE IF YOU ALSO HAVE... * Knowledge of Technical Standards and QMS; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints; * Familiarity with construction tools and equipment; * Project management knowledge and productivity tools experience; ?
