IT Infrastructure Analyst I

Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Experian is listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. **Job Description** **✨ What You’ll Do** * Monitor the data orchestration environment (Apache Airflow), ensuring pipelines operate correctly. * Collaborate in supporting mission-critical environments, with emphasis on availability and reliability. * Support resolution of low- and medium-complexity incidents, and collaborate in resolving critical incidents. * Monitor DAG and automated task execution using observability tools and log analysis. * Participate in the operational routine of the Operations Center (EGOC-BR), focusing on data resilience and continuity. * Collaborate in war rooms to resolve critical IT incidents, perform escalations, and communicate incident status to IT and business teams; * Focus on crisis resolution, identify opportunities for process improvement, and document action timelines throughout the incident lifecycle; * Attend meetings and implement changes in the IT environment; * Manage and prioritize backlogs of incidents, requests, and problems. **What We Expect From You** * Basic knowledge of Linux, infrastructure, and networking concepts. * Understanding of servers (on-premise or cloud) and distributed environments. * Familiarity with data pipelines and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, Datadog). * Ability to interpret alerts and logs to support failure resolution. * Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and sense of responsibility in operational environments. * Knowledge of technical ticketing tools (ITSM), e.g., ServiceNow. * Willingness to learn about Apache Airflow, observability, and data architecture. **Nice-to-Have (Not Required)** * Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Exposure to Apache Airflow, dbt, Spark, or other data tools. * Knowledge of automation languages (a plus) – e.g., Puppet, CF-Engine, Ansible, Power Automate. * Familiarity with automation tools (CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible). * Technical English for reading documentation. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of Linux, infrastructure, and networking concepts. * Understanding of servers (on-premise or cloud) and distributed environments. * + Familiarity with data pipelines and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, Datadog). + Ability to interpret alerts and logs to support failure resolution. + Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and sense of responsibility in operational environments. + Knowledge of technical ticketing tools (ITSM), e.g., ServiceNow. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
