Job Summary: Plan, control, and execute plastic product manufacturing processes, monitor quality, and assist in product development. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in product and process development - Plan, control, and execute plastic product manufacturing processes, select raw materials and production parameters. - Monitor quality, assisting in material and process development; - Evaluate material characteristics and injection processes, select additives, dyes, and pigments; - Assist in product and process development to optimize production and quality; - Conduct periodic training. Education: - Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree PRODUCTION ENGINEERING / MATERIALS ENGINEERING / POLYMER TECHNOLOGY or related fields. - A plastic technician qualification is a plus.
