Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed Mechatronics Technician focused on support to provide customer service and diagnose faults in equipment. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a committed, proactive, and problem-solving-oriented **Support-Focused Mechatronics Technician** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service, delivering technical support for equipment maintenance * Conduct training for customers upon acquisition of new equipment or whenever necessary * Deliver both in-person and remote training sessions * Diagnose faults and propose effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction * Interpret electrical diagrams and assist in technical analyses * Perform preventive and corrective actions to ensure efficiency and quality in service delivery **Requirements:** * Completed technical course in Mechatronics or related fields * Knowledge of mechanical testing: tensile, compression, and flexural tests * Basic knowledge of C++ programming * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proactivity and sense of responsibility **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits:** * Benefits card (Vale-benefícios) * Wellhub (Gympass) * Starbem * Avus * 50% coverage under Unimed health plan * Annual profit-sharing (PLR) Salary: starting from R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Profit sharing * Meal allowance (Vale-alimentação) * Food voucher (Vale-refeição) Work Location: On-site
