




Job Summary: Responsible for onboarding/termination/vacation documentation, payroll calculations, and benefits and electronic time clock administration. Key Highlights: 1. Employee support and managerial reporting Responsible for onboarding/termination/vacation documentation. Prepares payroll, termination, and vacation calculations, as well as contribution/guide payments. Performs maintenance and updates of employee records. Controls and administers benefits, including enrollments, cancellations, and deductions. Monitors electronic time clock workflow. Provides employee support. Schedules payroll and vacation payments. Schedules termination homologation. Controls and calculates overtime bank or overtime hours. Enters data into the Metadados system. Generates daily managerial reports on absences, tardiness, and deductions.
