Fleet Coordinator - Ibaté/SP

Description

Coordinate and control all activities related to the company's fleet and logistics, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, safety, vehicle availability, indicator monitoring, and adherence to operational deadlines. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate the company's entire fleet operation; * Monitor fleet and logistics performance indicators; * Manage fuel consumption, average usage, refueling events, and deviations; * Control preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; * Track fleet documentation (licensing, insurance, traffic fines, and expiration dates); * Manage and control tires: * service life; * retreading; * rotation; * losses; * cost per km; * Monitor vehicle tracking, movements, and routes; * Control fleet utilization and operational availability; * Develop plans to reduce operational costs; * Coordinate suppliers related to fleet and logistics; * Monitor productivity and operational efficiency indicators; * Prepare managerial reports and results presentations; * Support logistical and operational planning for teams; * Ensure compliance with safety and traffic regulations; * Coordinate drivers, operators, and logistics/fleet teams; * Control checklists, inspections, and vehicle conditions; * Drive continuous improvement of logistical and operational processes. Requirements: Education * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: * Logistics; * Business Administration; * Engineering; * Related fields. Desirable Knowledge * Fleet management; * Operational indicators; * Intermediate/advanced Excel; * Tracking and telematics systems; * Logistics planning; * Maintenance control; * Tire and fuel management. Experience * Prior experience coordinating fleet, logistics, or operations.
