We are seeking an **Extraction Operator I** to join the **EAB team** at the **Serra Unit** in **Ibaté\-SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY:** * Operate the cane mill in the field and assist in sugarcane reception; * Perform juice extraction checklists, inspecting equipment condition and wear, as well as identifying parts replacement needs; * Carry out harvest and off-season maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Basic computer knowledge; * Availability to work rotating shifts on a 5x1 schedule; * Residence in Ibaté/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
