In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas. As an essential member of our housekeeping team, you will ensure every space reflects our commitment to excellence while delivering exceptional service to our guests. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your efficiency and attention to detail directly contribute to guest satisfaction and operational success. * Inspect guest rooms and public areas (social and service spaces) according to established quality standards and brand guidelines * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies * Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively * Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning needs with a customer-focused approach * Coordinate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues or guest concerns * Consistently follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols * Immediately report any damages, lost items, or maintenance issues to management * Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative communication and mutual support * Adapt to constantly changing priorities and flexible schedules to meet operational demands * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on cleaning procedures and product knowledge **Qualifications** \*\*Requirements:\*\* Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree * Proven experience in cleaning services, hotel operations, or similar cleaning and maintenance roles * Knowledge of cleaning routines, procedures, and quality standards * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team * Basic communication skills in Portuguese and/or English * Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols \*\*Preferred:\*\* * Experience with hotel property management software or property management systems * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications * Certification or training in hospitality or cleaning services * Experience in inventory or supply management * Knowledge of best practices in guest service * Multilingual skills * Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment **Additional Information** Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent.
