Job Summary: The Rodonaves Group is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant II to work at its insurance brokerage, supporting operational routines for policy renewals. This person will support operational routines related to policy renewals, ensuring timely updates of information and proper information flow across departments and partners. **Main Responsibilities** * Process policy renewals in the Quiver system and with insurance companies; * Control and update information related to policy renewals; * Prepare and send renewal spreadsheets to producers, ensuring data accuracy; * Support monitoring of renewal processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and proper organization of information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (college enrollment preferred); * Prior experience at insurance brokerages or in administrative routines (a plus); * Familiarity with the Quiver system (a plus); * Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Gympass; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Pharmacy benefit: GoodCard.
