




Job Summary: Responsible for active prospecting and qualification of B2B and B2B2C business opportunities, serving as the entry point for strategic partnerships in New Business. Working in a new area undergoing structuring and maturation Responsible for active prospecting and qualification of B2B and B2B2C business opportunities for AmorSaúde, acting as the entry point for strategic partnerships within the New Business area. Will identify companies that fit requirements, conduct initial outreach, qualify needs, and prepare opportunities for negotiation and proposal development stages. **Detailed Description** * Conduct active prospecting of companies and strategic partners (B2B and B2B2C). * Map decision-makers, influencers, and organizational structures of targeted companies. * Conduct initial outreach (e\-mail, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, events, and trade shows). * Qualify leads according to criteria defined by the team (fit, potential, scope, feasibility). * Record and organize information in CRM / Monday (pipeline, history, and status). * Schedule qualified meetings for the New Business Manager/Director. * Support preparation of initial materials for meetings and presentations. * Support prospecting activities at trade shows, events, sponsorships, and brand activations. * Collaborate with Marketing and Market Intelligence teams for lead generation. * Monitor prospecting and conversion metrics. **Challenges** * Prospecting across diverse markets and different business models. * Operating in a newly established area undergoing structuring and maturation. * Ensuring high-quality opportunity qualification to avoid unproductive efforts. * Managing multiple products and solutions from the AmorSaúde portfolio. * Supporting departmental growth without compromising organization or standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related fields. * Active B2B prospecting experience. * Lead qualification experience. * Sales funnel management. * Consultative outreach techniques. * Pipeline and metric organization. * Preferred experience in service, healthcare, benefits, or corporate solution companies.
