




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Business hours \- Monday to Friday / Saturdays from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **All our positions are affirmative for PWD (People with Disabilities)** * Attend customers through digital platforms, providing initial assistance and qualifying customers in the CRM system to actively contribute to closing sales of products marketed by GSRD. * Provide inbound customer service via phone and digital platforms: chat, e\-mail, and sales portals for products marketed by GSRD. * Proactively conduct sales and post\-sales satisfaction surveys via phone calls and digital channels to identify customer satisfaction, dissatisfaction, and needs. * Monitor leads sent to sales consultants throughout the negotiation process, tracking progress until sale completion, ensuring timely customer service. * Conduct specific campaigns aimed at actively managing the customer database regarding Sales and Post\-Sales. * Present available products and their features during customer interactions, schedule customer visits and test drives when applicable. * Assist customers with scheduling vehicle maintenance or recall procedures close to the manufacturer\'s recommended date, courteously using our digital channels. **Requirements:** **Technical Skills:** High school diploma is mandatory and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
