




Description: **All our positions are affirmative for PcD** * Provide support to the sales team, aiming to achieve the company's sales goals. * Customer service, assessing customer needs. * Perform calculations for new insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals. * Resolve pending proposal issues. * Manage rejected proposals together with the customer. * Schedule inspections. * Schedule tracker installation. * Send the first installment payment slip to customers. * Send policy kits and invoices to customers. * Register proposals through the internal system. * Perform customer database updates. * Monitor delinquency and cancellation with the customer. Requirements: **Technical Skills:** Higher education preferred, either completed or in progress, basic Office package. **Behavioral Skills:** Punctuality, commitment, clear verbal communication, concentration, and organization.
