**Job Description** The company operates in the retail market for casual men's, women's, and children's fashion, handling all aspects of production, garment manufacturing, and embroidery for T-shirts. **Primary Mission** Ensure optimal performance of the company’s e-commerce and marketplace platforms by maintaining an up-to-date website, correctly registered products, and fully functional online operations. Responsible for executing operational and technical support activities for the marketing team and virtual store management. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide operational support to the marketing team (budgeting, research, content organization, etc.); * Process sales made via the website and marketplaces; * Register and update products, descriptions, images, and tags; * Manage and update listings on Mercado Livre; * Monitor orders, exchanges, returns, and customer messages; * Edit images and banners on the platform; * Perform weekly cart activation and recovery campaigns; * Collect feedback and encourage product reviews; * Analyze KPIs and prepare sales reports; * Suggest improvements to website layout and customer experience; * Execute basic digital marketing actions and update discount coupons; * And other related duties. **Requirements** * Prior experience with e-commerce and marketplaces is required, especially with proprietary websites and Mercado Livre; experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred. * Basic knowledge of digital marketing, photo editing, product optimization, and proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools. * Analytical ability to monitor performance metrics and prepare reports. * A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields is desirable. **Company and/or Position Advantages** * A rapidly expanding sector with significant growth potential; * An established company in the market.
