Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning, organizing, handling, and preparing materials at corporate and retail construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning, organizing, and handling materials at the construction site. 2. Preparing materials for cutting, measuring, and assembling components. 3. Assisting with masonry tasks and equipment maintenance. Perform cleaning and organizational activities to maintain a clean and orderly construction site. Responsible for material handling, including loading and unloading cargo transport vehicles and allocating materials across the site. Prepare materials for cutting, measure and assemble components to be used in construction. Prepare rebar, piping, panels, and other components according to instructions from supervising professionals. Assist with masonry construction tasks, prepare and transport cement mortar, bricks, and concrete blocks, and support bricklayers in their duties. Perform general equipment maintenance and adjustments as requested, including cleaning and lubrication, and carry out other tasks that help ensure safe and organized site operations. Availability for night shifts and weekends — corporate and retail construction projects. Prior experience in corporate construction projects and availability for night shifts and weekends are required.
