Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for checking, storing, and organizing products, as well as providing support at events, assisting with deliveries, and managing inventory. Work location: Recreio Anhangüera Verify quantities and items received. Check invoices and transportation documents. Report discrepancies, damages, or non-conforming products. Store products safely, accessibly, and categorized. Maintain a clean, clearly marked, and organized workspace. Support at trade fairs, events, and promotional activities at our customers’ establishments—regional, state, or interstate—to assemble and disassemble structures and decorations; attend to and visit customers for restocking, organizing and displaying products, selling our products, and arranging products on shelves and in inventory when necessary. Assist with deliveries during trips, including loading and unloading products, and verifying products and purchase or sales invoices. Record product entries and exits (manually or via systems). Conduct periodic physical inventory counts. Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and report replenishment needs. Pick products for internal orders or shipments to customers. Package and correctly label products. Assist with loading and unloading goods. Restock shelves or points of sale as needed. Comply with occupational safety regulations (use of PPE, proper stacking organization). Ensure product integrity and safeguard company assets. Operate forklifts if certified. Working hours will be: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM; Fridays: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–4:00 PM.
