This Assembly Assistant position could be your next step. You will work at a well-established and growing aluminum window and door company. Here, you will directly engage in production and installation activities, learning practical skills from experienced professionals. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Assisting in aluminum window and door production; * Safely using hand tools and power screwdrivers; * Supporting assemblers during component fabrication and finishing; * Assisting in organizing the assembly area; * Providing support during on-site window and door installations; * Adhering to company-defined quality and safety standards; * Collaborating with the team to meet delivery deadlines. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1 hour and 40 minute lunch break. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license (Category A/B); * Prior experience in maintenance (building, industrial, machinery, tools, or similar); * Commitment to safety, organization, and quality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in aluminum window and door assembly.
