Provide support in resolving POS issues, assessing the authenticity of banknotes, supplying change money, performing purchase cancellations and reversals, and refunding amounts mistakenly registered, aiming for greater efficiency in customer service. Provide excellent customer service by responding to complaints and suggestions, solving problems, and informing management whenever necessary, aiming to retain customers and ensure high-quality service. Train and supervise staff, guiding and monitoring cashier procedures, customer service, correct product code registration, service passwords, payment collection procedures, employee purchase vouchers, banknote and check verification, and other relevant training for the Store Front department. Ensure organization and cleanliness of the area, requesting that Cashiers clean their workstations properly or contacting the store's cleaning team, managing availability of receipt rolls, plastic bags, stickers, customer delivery forms, and overseeing the removal, cleaning, and organization of baskets and shopping carts, ensuring the area remains organized, clean, and compliant with health regulations. Work at the front cashier counter assisting in customer service, handling complaints and suggestions, resolving issues, and informing management when needed, including package storage, container exchanges, answering phone calls, providing information, and safeguarding forgotten items in the store, aiming to retain customers and ensure high-quality service.
