Extensive experience in this field is not required: we seek someone who already has some sales or customer service experience—and, most importantly, the drive to achieve results and grow alongside the company. Our client is an established retail company, recognized for the quality of its products and its commitment to excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include: * Serving customers in-store and via digital channels, including phone, e\-mail, and social media; * Identifying customer needs and presenting optimal solutions; * Preparing and following up on commercial proposals; * Managing your customer portfolio and handling post\-sales activities; * Tracking sales opportunities and contributing to goal achievement; * Supporting the organization of the store’s commercial routines. We are looking for someone who has: * Some experience in sales or customer service; * Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships; * Initiative, dynamism, and a results orientation; * Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team; * A desire to learn, improve, and build a long-term career within the company. Job Details: * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Work mode: 100% on-site; * Location: Ribeirão Preto/SP; * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
