Your Responsibilities** * Manage the unit's daily operations, ensuring efficiency in elevator maintenance, installation, and modernization processes. * Supervise technical teams using **performance management** methodologies to ensure service quality. * Implement and monitor key performance indicators (**KPIs**) to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical regulations applicable to the **elevator** sector. * Control the unit’s budget by conducting financial analyses to maximize profitability. * Plan and coordinate technical training sessions to keep the team updated according to industry best practices. **?? How You Will Interact and Impact** * Collaborate with commercial and engineering departments to align strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and unit expansion. * Drive continuous internal process improvements using **ERP** tools. * Communicate effectively with suppliers and partners to ensure quality of procured materials and services. * Lead strategic meetings to align goals and foster a collaborative and motivating work environment. **Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields, or more than 2 years of equivalent practical experience. * Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, with strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic knowledge of English for technical reading and communication. **?? Technical Competencies** * Solid experience in field team and operations management. * Knowledge of **project management** and **performance indicator (KPI) control**. * Familiarity with ERP systems and **Microsoft Office**, especially advanced **Excel**. * Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making. **??
