**Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:**
Attend the training program offered by the designated institution;
Receive guidance from the work team to learn and support activities within your assigned area, such as:
* Digitizing documents and sending them to responsible parties;
* Managing and organizing digital and/or physical files;
* Providing telephone and/or in-person customer service to clients, suppliers, colleagues, and others;
* Receiving and sending emails and maintaining calendar schedules;
* Receiving and verifying invoices;
* Controlling the entry and exit of materials and/or equipment;
* Entering data and information into spreadsheets and management systems;
* Assisting in preparing reports and/or presentations;
* Complying with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards; and
* Performing other related tasks.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:**
Age: Between 16 years old and 21 years and 11 months;
High school or technical education—currently enrolled or completed;
Availability for a 4-hour daily work schedule (morning or afternoon shift) and for up to two years of program activities;
